Shit happens, break something.
You know. Ive had a good many days like that and I just dont tell anyone. On the bright side, theyll pass, on the downside they come back. I think that why I play bass... I can beat the shit out of it and it still sounds good. Maybe you need to take up a destructive yet entertaining hobby. My friend blows up pumpkins to get his stress out. I dunno if that healthy but hey, it seems to be working.
