I like your outlook and love that you brought it out in such an artistic manner

3. Just to clarify...
I use women because they are 85%-95% more likely to become a victim of DV. I feel if more people become aware of the statistics, just maybe more people can make the choice to leave before that becomes them. Saddest of all is the fact that, with 5.3M reports of DV on women, there are countless more that go unreported. PLEASE SPEAK UP IF YOU BECOME A VICTIM OF OR WITNESS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE!!!

go through this, and for reasons ranging from fear to loyalty and pure ignorance as to how serious the matter is. "They just got mad and overreacted", "It was my fault" and "They love me though" are common defenses that victims use. Just to have it happen again and again. What they don't seem to see, is that they obviously don't love them, or they wouldn't hurt them. Furthermore, the victims are hypnotized to the point that they are oblivious to the fact of how many people a year DIE from domestic violence! Roughly 5.3M women are victims of DV each year, with 1,200 of those women murdered

Because i struggled with submitting such a violent set, I wanted to clarify my intentions in the set. To look at it without knowing my mindset, it can be misunderstood. Ive heard it called creepy, morbid, ridiculously unnecessary, and my personal favorite was the person who thought i needed to seek psychiatric help. This set, people, did NOT spawn from some morbid fantasy to kill someone, but rather from the need to speak up about something a lot of people out there go through, Domestic Violence. There's a lot of people out there who
