Hey everyone, i am brand spanking new to this site (look,still shiny) so I have a question and need a bit of clarification. I'm working on getting some images from my current portfolio up on here and was wondering if I need model releases from the girls in them or if that rule applies once I begin shooting with people who are part of gloom or will be once they have images.....Did that make sense?
Also, how strict is the no-nip rule?I have an older,quite beautiful (in my opinion) image of a friend of mine with nipple dead-center.
And finally, are there any guidelines regarding band/concert photography? Can't wait for some feedback, thanks much.

I would assume that in your profile, blog, or an appropriately titled thread would be a good place for your band photographs.

Well if a model is going to be on Gloom Nation she would have to sign your personal model release. Gloom does not have a model release because you the photographer owns all the right to your work. You are just letting gloom use it to help promote your talent and cross promote.

As far nipples we can't have them showing on the website because of legal reasons and a lot of our users are under the age of 18. Basically the same rules of the other networking sites apply here. I hope I answered your questions

i guess that means i have to go sweet talk some of my friends to use past images of them....sigh ^_^
