ok so sorry it's such short notice, but i'm just now coming out of my "hermit mode for no reason," and want to share this for the sd folks:

my favorite musical, "little shop of horrors," is coming to san diego!!! it will be playing at sycuan this weekend if anyone would like to come! if you've seen it, you know why it's so awesome. if you haven't, all i'm gonna say is it's about a giganto plant that eats people and sings in a seductive baritone voice. how could you go wrong with that?

tickets are $30, which is at that weird borderline, but trust me, it's worth it! the saturday show doesn't look too good for us, so we'll probably be at the friday show. anyone want to join?

ps. i'm making it my personal goal to get at least one picture with the plant. i don't care who i have to sweet talk, or flash my boobs for, i'm getting that shot! so if you want to see me at my most pathetically persuasive, come on down!

it really is a fantastic show. so if any one gets the chance, they should really see it.

i used to live in CT, so i went into NYC like every other week to see shows.

it was fun, but a little disappointing. haha i think the version we did in high school was better in some respects!

and as for the three versions (original movie, musical, and movie remake), i gotta say the movie remake was my favorite. you just can't beat steve martin's "dentist" number! although i would have liked to see ellen greene in the musical, considering the role was written for her.

Yeah, Its ok. I had to work.
But I loved the movie's. They had that Reefer Madness kind of feel to it.
